Agile Programme Management (AgilePgM) Training

About the Training

The Agile Programme Management (AgilePgM) Training is a certification program that teaches how to apply Agile principles, practices, and techniques to large-scale and complex projects. It enables participants to understand Agile management principles, processes, and implementation methods, thereby becoming effective and efficient program managers.

The AgilePgM Training covers the core principles, functions, and processes common to various Agile methodologies. It also includes the principles and processes of popular Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Extreme Programming. Additionally, the training demonstrates the unique features of these methodologies and how they can be integrated into program management.

The training consists of two main stages: Agile Programme Management Foundation and Agile Programme Management Practitioner. The Agile Programme Management Foundation stage provides a general overview of Agile principles while introducing the basics of program management. This helps participants understand the fundamental concepts of program management and the general principles of Agile methodologies.

The next stage, Agile Programme Management Practitioner, delves deeper into these concepts. Participants gain a more detailed understanding of Agile management principles and techniques as they apply to complex program management. This stage covers various Agile management tools, strategies, and techniques.

Each of these two stages concludes with an internationally recognized certification. These certifications validate the participant’s knowledge and skills in Agile program management, helping professionals advance their careers and develop effective program management skills based on Agile principles.

In conclusion, the Agile Programme Management (AgilePgM) Training is designed to ensure alignment and coordination between Agile methodologies and program management. Through this training, participants can specialize in program management and successfully apply Agile principles, practices, and techniques. The training will enable participants to manage large-scale, complex projects more effectively.
